Friday Seremon-West and Islam
Throughout these exams i am following the trend of going to mosque a bit late because when i come back from the university a bit late and it takes some time to take bath,fresh up,eat something and go to mosque with full preparation.Today when i entered the mosque maulana has already started the seremon so i sat down at some place and started listening to him as i always do -being inspired by the glorious examples he put before us.He was telling about how the west has engulfed Muslims world with their devastating culture and evil things they practice in their day to day lives...and what is the way to get oneself ( Muslims ) out of the shit pool in which Muslims enjoy sailing with pride.As I made late entry to mosque i missed out some of his precious words but i caught him little less than half-way.He was telling that initially when Muslims were on the right path,it was hard for the western devils to derail Muslims off their paths because they were practicing teachings of Islam in sphere of thier lives.Western sheeps found another way to go round and they develop methods which maulana called "sugar-coated pills" to misguide Muslims.He highlighted the major weapon used by non-believers that is Media alongwith Women.
He supported his discussion with Hadith in which woman is described as one of the two major causes for devastation of the Muslim race.He was telling that woman is used in all possible ways to misguide Muslim ummah.The biggest source being TV which is available in every house nowadays.In advertise we do see them dressed up in vulgar clothings and mostly half-naked,on Billboards on roadsides,on each and every reception of institutions to attract customres and concerned people and this all has been told to Muslims by the non-believers as the way to enhance their business as young lass is the cause of catching fairly large group of people.He says that you can't stay away from these things no matter how careful you are in your everday transactions but one man can start making the difference ( I think he was doing the same ).Supermarkets,Banks,Tution Centers,Schools,Universities,Food resturants,Offices etc which are more commonly used by public and the woman working at these places are mostly trying to beautify themselves in every possible way i.e with thier enchanting voices ( trying to give diverse sound effects as told to us by Maulana ) and with their dressings.Maulana told us about the dress limitations put by Islam and told that the woman should be totally covered from the hairs of her head to his toe.( Let me support it by Ayah in Surah Ehzab which says that by using word "GALABIB-E-HINNA......(lambi chadar)" woman should use long clothing to cover herself and as told by my Islamiat teacher .).Maulana further told that Allah has announced harsh punishment whichever woman try to disguise man and for woman who try to impostor man.He said that the case is now reversed for we people that we enjoy following the west in their ways.The men are mostly dressed up in Three-piece suitings with tie around thier necks and the women enjoy wearing clothings which are no more clothings or half-naked and so on.....He said that today we claim to be submissive to Allah and his Messenger Hazrat Muhammad ( PBUH ) but are we doing what we are tod to do? .....We are doing what west ask us to or simply get inspired by their rules and regulations.
Meanwhile when maulana was busy telling us about the way west has ruined our society by their cultural evil bombardment I was thinking that when Maulana says that woman if not follow teachings of Islam can be nightmare for the society..... I thought he was quite right......We often say that untill and unless we donot give independence ( which is more likley of the western way somehow if not fully ) to woman we wont come in competence with the developing nations.If i would have been a layman I would have strongly agreed to the argument but i strongly deny this falsehood.But i would say that the non-believing developing nations who have given independence to their woman do have developed and are far ahead but they have cultivated a culture which is the birthplace of all the evils in the society,countless evils take place in their society everyday.Dont go so far take America as an example,according to survey almost every teenager has sex-partner and there are countless numbers of rape cases taking place everyday.( I often wonder why they have called Mukhtara-Maiiii all the way from Pakistan to give her award for raising voice against injustice,or Do they want to witness the diversity ? ),where alcohol,Beer-Bars,Casinos and gambling are commonplace.I wonder ...Do west expect to control the evils of the society by undressing their women ?
Let us take example of Saudi Arabia where the crime rate is null percent or touching level zero.I just want to say that go and see them how much independence they have given to thier woman ( if given it is limited and in accordance with islamic teachings) and how much they are undeveloped....I must say that they are most developed nations of the world..I myself heard an interview of some American-Saudi that the entire American economy will die on day 1 if Saudis take out trillions of dollars they have in American,English and Swiss banks. He told us superb example that once a boy fell in love with a girl.He used to come after her when she use to travel down to market.Once the girl stopped in the middle of market and asked the boy what he wants ? Boy showed his interest and said ,"I love you because you are beautiful."She said to the boy,"Turn around and look behind ,my sister is coming after who is more beautiful than me." The boy immediately turned around and looked back there was no one but as soon as he turned around and then looked forward the girl put a nasty slap on his face saying ,"You lier! you claim to be in love with me than how come you go after the beautiful lass who is my sister ".The boy was completely flustered...........The example meant that we are going after the glitter not knowing that "All that glitters is not a gold" .
He further gave us the example that getting pictures of the living beings which has been forbidded islam and severe punishments are there for such people who take or make get their photos taken by others.He says that one cant totally escpae from this as if you are travelling for Hajj or Umrah you got to have your travel documents with you which does have your picture and which are incomplete and arent accpetable so he again emphasized that how much west' is penetrated in ourselves.
Allah forgive us.....plz enlight us and force us to follow the right path.....and save us from all the evil in the home and out everywhere......Ameen
